On the obverse of the coin, a variation of the image of Lady Britannia is minted each new year. Around this image is the text ''Britannia One Ounce Fine Silver 'year'. Lady Britannia is the symbol of the United Kingdom. The reverse of the coin features an image of King Charles III. The edge lettering of the coin is ribbed without text and not provided with text.
