The British Royal Mint has Queens Beast A new silver coin weighing 2 troy ounces has been launched. The coin is twice as thick as normal investment coins and is therefore an interesting appearance. The serrated edge and thickness give the coin a robust appearance. The obverse depicts a lion with a shield, as well as the purity of 99.99% silver and the weight of 2 troy ounces. On the reverse of the coin we see the famous portrait of Queen Elizabeth II.
