If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your complaint, please send an email to klantenservice@hollandgold.nl, addressed to the management, explain your complaint. Your complaint will be dealt with and answered as soon as possible.
Are you dissatisfied with the solution proposed by Holland Gold or have you not received a timely response? As part of the AFM licence, Holland Gold is affiliated with KiFiD. You can report your complaint to the Financial Services Complaints Institute (www.kifid.nl) within three months. You can download a complaint form on the Kifid website.
Complaints that are reported via KiFiD will be handled in accordance with KiFiD's procedures.
Of course, we hope that you do not have to use the above procedures. If you do have a complaint, we will do our utmost to resolve it for you as soon as possible.
